Why is Rick not responding?
Make sure to set up the role colour 
and permissions (don’t forget channel permissions, if this is a private channel). If this is not setup correctly, only slash commands are available to use.
1. Role Colour
- Did you set the role colour to
#B0F646? - Is this coloured role the highest role Rick has?
[!warning] This is required; without the correct role colour, Rick does not respond to dot
.commands.
2. Permissions
Make sure that Rick has all required permissions for the channels you want to use Rick in.
If the bot does not respond to .help, Rick does not see the channel messages or is not allowed to send messages in the channel.
3. Ping the bot
If you think Rick is down, you can use .w to ping the bot.
Why does Rick react with a trashcan emoji?
The user that ran the command can click the trashcan emoji to delete the response.
