[!new] NEW: Reputation System
You can now + or - directly in reply to any Rick scan to vote on the member who scanned it first.
Use /rep best or worst for reputation leaderboards (some names are shown as ???, this should be fixed when this user gets another vote).
Use /disable_rep to toggle the the reputation system.
Padre (PDR) moved from beta to main row.
Make sure Rick has permissions to delete messages so he can clean up clutter.
