On Telegram, you can use /news 24h to get a news recap. Works up to 31d. Use /news br for breaking news only.
Experimental AI behavior
Rick now uses a fast reasoning model to improve AI responses. He’s also more adaptive to the chat setting, more reactive to /prompt behavior instructions.
Responses should be shorter, more direct and less chatty. Some questions may be refused, use /grok or @grok if Rick refuses.
If you don’t like the new style, check out custom prompts to change behavior to your own style.
Why this change?
The main goal is to give fast, easily digestible, accurate answers, and making Rick more helpful. Many powerful models with reasoning are too slow to flow smoothly in the chat. He will still talk trash occasionally, especially if triggered, but he’s less aggressive in general and more on “your side” now.
I’ve probably spent way too many hours testing models, and for now, this feels like the best choice to leverage the intelligence and still giving almost instant answers (even taking into account the somewhat annoying safety guardrails).
Ultimately, I want Rick AI to be genuinely helpful and still be fun to talk (trash) with (which ironically, due to it’s clashing nature, is quite hard to get right every time), and previously, its old behaviour did not consistently contribute to this goal.

↦ /soc button is added if /buttons on, and output is greatly improved. Web URL’s have a 
shortcut to the /web command.
↦ /lore is more accurate and had many improvements over the last weeks. AI can still be wrong, always DYOR.
↦ If /beta on, the new Twitter/𝕏 Reposter extends display of deleted tweets.
↦ PVP matches are now shown on Discord.
