Blast is an optimistic rollup on Ethereum that provides native yield for ETH and stablecoins like USDC and DAI deposited on the layer 2. Users earn around 4% APY for ETH and 5% for stablecoins from yield farming protocols like MakerDAO. Blast has raised $20 million from investors like Paradigm and Standard Crypto to build out its protocol.
Early access to Blast is currently live through invite-only, and users can bridge assets to start earning yield and collecting “Blast Points” ahead of the mainnet launch in February 2024. - source
