[!rick] Rick Chainley (“the Service”) is a market intel product that operates through Telegram, Discord, and the web. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies linked from this document.

6. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Crypto Payments

- Where payments are made in cryptocurrency, you are responsible for submitting payment correctly.
- Unless we state otherwise, payments are final and non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. If we permanently discontinue a paid feature during an active subscription period, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a pro-rata credit or alternative access, but are not obligated to do so.

- We are not responsible for losses tied to downtime, delays, interruptions, or discontinued features.

- You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Nothing in this section limits either party’s right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

- Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
