Treasure Chain, formerly known as Magic Chain, rebranded to align more closely with its evolving vision and ecosystem. The official transition from Magic to Treasure was officially announced on February 13, 2023. This rebranding aimed to reflect the project’s expanded focus beyond its initial offerings, emphasizing its broader goals in the gaming and NFT space.

The Treasure Chain is a Layer-2 blockchain built on **[Ethereum](https://talk.markets/t/ethereum-erc-20-cheatsheet/270?silent=true)**, designed to support decentralized gaming and NFT ecosystems. It operates as part of the **Treasure DAO** project, which aims to provide a decentralized, community-driven platform for games and digital assets.
